1.  How to warranty?

All GREPRO branded products are automatically warranted for 12 months.

2.  When does the warranty period begin?

For registered one, it begins from your register day on our website. For non-registered one, it begins from your purchase day on Amazon.

3.  What will be cover by the warranty?

The product that falls as a result of detact in material or workmanship can get either repaired one for a period of 12 months (1 year).

4.  What does not covered by the warranty?

  • Free products
  • The warranty has expired
  • The Serial Number (SN) is missing or altered
  • Improperly installed, operated or maintained
  • Has not been operated by provided accessories
  • Cosmetic damage that won't affect normal use
  • Has been disassembled, altered or repaired by anyone except GREPRO

5.  How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please go to FAQ page or read Fault Diagnosis part in the User Manual the most common troubleshooting and solution.
If your troubleshooting have not been resolved yet, and the item is under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange on the Return or Exchange page, or contact us via support@thegrepro.com.

6.  Will the warranty be renewed if my product is repaired or replaced?

No, it won’t. The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase.
